| I could not say better things about my experience with Randy Marnell at Landmark Mortgage Group. He helped us secure a wonderful home in Livermore, while the market is going crazy (one of the top five housing marketing in the US). We had a few strikes against us including a VA loan. Most realtors are scared of VA loans, but Randy is very good about educating them on the process. Not only did we get our house in a hot market, but we were able to use our VA loan and we closed in ONLY 28 days. Now, we can use our down payment for remodeling, and we don't have PMI insurance - and a great interest rate. We would not have any of this without Randy and Landmark. Another awesome thing about Randy is his communication. We received a weekly report on the status of the loan which helped ease my nerves and helped me to better prep and get him the paperwork he needed faster. I don't think I'll ever do business with anyone else ever again. Don't retire Randy!!! Did I mention that he also offered to lend me his trailor for moving? | As a first time homebuyer, I was understandably anxious and intimidated about the process of buying a home, as well as the money aspect.
